Senior Staff Accountant – Indianapolis

A candidate with three or more years of experience, advanced Excel skills, strong communications skills are required.  A CPA is a plus.  He or she will prepare journal entries for all accounts in assigned areas, prepare and reconcile various assigned general ledger accounts; analyze variances and ensure timeliness and accuracy, conduct account audits, and review balance sheet accounts for any irregularities.

Senior Tax Accountant – Indianapolis

The Senior Tax Accountant will review or prepare various federal, state and local tax returns including income/franchise taxes, property taxes, fuel taxes, sales/use taxes, payroll taxes, etc.  This person will also prepare quarterly income/franchise tax payments and tax provisions calculations in accordance with US GAAP, conduct research and analysis on various tax issues, formulate monthly accrual calculations for financial statements, and prepare and reconcile various general ledger accounts relating to taxes among other duties.  A qualified candidate should have two or more years experience with US Federal and state taxes, tax compliance, and reporting.  A CPA is preferred.

Senior FP&A Analyst – Southside of Indianapolis

A successful candidate will have five or more years of analytical experience, be an advanced Excel user, and data driven.  He or she will provide senior management and executives with the analysis and information they need to make major operational, financial, and strategic decisions. Additionally, the role is responsible for financial planning systems performance & maintenance, forecasting process enhancements, user training & communication, and ad hoc project work.

Staff Accountant – Indianapolis

An ideal candidate will have three or more years of  experience in general financial accounting and cost accounting with some public accounting in his or her background.  The Staff Accountant is a key member of the Accounting and Finance team. The Staff Accountant will be guided by the Regional Controller and will provide critical  support  to the Regional Controllers and Corporate Finance team. He or she will be responsible for General Ledger account reconciliations, standard and adjusting journal entries, general accounting support, and data and analytics.

Corporate Controller – Indianapolis

A candidate with ten years of progressive accounting experience is required, with at least five years of supervisory experience.  Multi-location accounting experience is key.  He or she is directly responsible for all accounting, financial reporting and internal control functions for all entities. As head of the accounting team, the controller will lead, coach, mentor and train a group of professional staff, providing both hands-on support and high-level oversight.  This person will serve in a key leadership capacity and provide support to the CFO.

Assistant Controller – Fort Wayne

Five or more years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment, previous budgeting and forecasting experience with a multi-national company, and strong analytical skills are required.  A CPA is preferred.  This person will be responsible for financial reporting and analysis in the organization, as well as, providing reporting and analysis to facilitate critical business decisions based on financial data.   He or she will support the plant operations through analysis of and by providing actionable information on key performance indicators and trends.  Communicate with and coordinate plant and division functions, promoting organizational success. The Assistant Controller will offer recommendations to reduce costs, increase profitability, or otherwise improve financial performance.    

Director of FP&A – Louisville Area

A qualified candidate will have ten or more years of experience with at least five of those years in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.  A masters degree and/or CPA is preferred. this position is responsible for leading and driving the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function across the company and collaborating with the global business teams.  This includes the reporting and analysis of consolidated results along with the budgeting, forecasting and strategic / long-term planning of the financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow) and associated KPI’s.  In addition, this role will support financial modeling and scenario planning associated with new business ventures, acquisitions, divestures, make vs. buy, incremental financial analysis and banking / capital structures requirements.   

Treasury Manager – Northside of Indianapolis

Our client is looking for a candidate with strong corporate treasury experience, process improvement minded, CPA/CMA/CTP/CFA preferred but not required.  He or she will handle all banking relationships, cash forecasting, foreign currency hedging, bank fees, interest rates & contracts, covenant calculations. They will model out different scenarios when the company wants to make large purchases (whether fixed asset purchases, or an acquisition) – model out different rates, lending scenarios, etc.  The Treasury Manager will make process improvement around cash forecasting and foreign currency hedging.  This person also will supervise the AR / Collections area, and will help assess the credit worthiness of new customers and set them up in the system. 

Senior Financial Analyst – Indianapolis

A successful candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience with FP&A.  A CPA or someone who is making progress toward a certifications is preferred.  In this position the Analyst will be responsible for planning, forecasting and reporting for cost centers, preparation of complex and interpretive financial analyses and reports, and supporting actuals, forecast, annual operating planning, and SIM processes for engineering, sales, manufacturing, and finance costs centers.  This person will also support business partnering for engineering, sales, manufacturing, and finance functions, and other duties as assigned.
