Accounting Manager  – Indianapolis

Our client in Indianapolis is looking for someone to be a change maker.  Previous process improvement experience is needed, and prior ERP implementation experience is a plus. The majority of this job will be process improvement. The company will likely implement new software this year or next. This person will also supervise four staff & senior accountants, and will manage transactional accounting and lend support to the month end close & reporting. He or she will provide support for the external audit. 

Senior Accountant  – Indianapolis

A very successful company is looking to add to their corporate accounting department.  A candidate should have 3-6 years of accounting experience.  He or she will be responsible for general ledger and  month end close  duties.

Division Controller – Indianapolis

Our client is looking for a Controller with similar experience to be responsible for the oversight of the US and global financial accounting function.  He or she will direct and supervise all aspects of accounting operations and work closely with other departments, such as sales, marketing, service and operations to assure financial controls are in place related to the operations of the Division.  A CPA is required.

Credit Manager – Indianapolis

Our client is looking for a candidate with 10+ years of progressive responsibility in a corporate credit function.  The Manager will  lead the Credit Development function for the U.S. & Canadian business, maximizing customer credit capacity while mitigating risk and managing bad debt results.

Senior Analyst  – Valparaiso area

This position is responsible for analysis of financial and operational results for all global business units, preparing projections, management reports, board presentations and other ad-hoc analysis, administer financial reporting and consolidation processes, and leads annual business planning process.

Accounting Manager  –  East side of Indianapolis

The ideal candidate has  five or more years of manufacturing accounting experience, is a strong team player and problem solver.  He or she will be responsible for leading the monthly closing process, financial reporting, forecasting as well as the annual budget preparation.  This individual is also responsible for ad hoc projects as necessary.  The Accounting Manager oversees accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll and fixed assets.

Senior Internal Auditor  – Indianapolis

The ideal candidate has three or more years of experience in a public accounting firm (manufacturing experience is a plus) and a CPA or CIA.  He or she will be responsible for performing financial and operational audits with one of the best companies in Indiana.  This includes reviewing financial and operating procedures for internal controls compliance, providing technical guidance, testing and documenting financial and systems records for IS integrity, leading some less complex audits, and coaching and mentoring less experience staff.

Cost Manager  – Indianapolis

This position will manage all aspects of the costing and inventory system to ensure proper product costing and inventory values.  He or she will work closely with internal teams such as department managers, plant managers, and  affiliate finance managers, purchasing, change management, sales and operations teams to facilitate and implement resolutions for day-to-day tasks and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.

The ideal candidate will have five or more years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing company, as well as advanced Excel knowledge and strong ERP experience.

Staff Accountant – Indianapolis

Our client is seeking an individual who wants to grow in the next six months to a year.  Half of the position is month end close and reporting for several properties.  The other half is accounts payable and invoicing.  

Internal Audit Manager – Indianapolis

A candidate should have five or more years with a mix of public accounting and corporate internal audit.  A CPA or CIA and previous supervisory experience is preferred.  This role will be responsible for planning, conducting, and reviewing financial and operations audits.  He or she will communicate results to leadership, oversee the testing and documentation of records, identify root causes and any issues are resolved, as well as train staff and establish process controls.
