Senior Accountant – Northside of Indianapolis
The Senior Staff Accountant position is responsible for the coordination and consolidations of all daily, monthly, and yearly operation activities withing the accounting department. This position is considered a pivotal role within the accounting team, providing support and guidance to other team members while working within tight deadlines and a multi-tasking environment. He or she will work closely with the Accounting Manager and Corporate Controller to advise on daily, monthly, and yearly operational status updates, as well we any special projects that may be assigned. The Senior Accountant position is dynamic and will have the ability to grow and develop with the departments changing needs.
Controller – Indianapolis
Our client in Indianapolis is looking for a strong manager with good GAAP, general ledger, and reporting skills. A CPA is a plus. He or she will be in the details of the daily accounting process. This includes managing month end close and reporting processes, AP, and AR. This person will supervise a staff of five, including two managers and report to the CFO.
Senior Financial Analyst – Indianapolis

He or she will primarily be responsible for all income tax related functions, including the preparation of federal and state tax returns, income tax provision calculations, assistant with tax projects, and assistance with audits. This position will collaborate with many members of the team both within and outside the tax department.
Senior Accountant – Indianapolis
An excellent candidate will have three or more years of experience from a corporate environment or public accounting. This person serves the primary accounting needs for the company and is an integral part of the accounting team. He or she will be responsible for accounting functions, including revenue recognition, accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, payables, invoicing clients, receivables, collections, commissions, revenue share agreements, month-end close, and financial reporting. This person will also assist in cash forecasting and financial budgeting and forecasting among other duties.

This person should have three or more years of construction accounting experience coming from a corporate setting or public accounting with construction clients. The Project Accountant will be responsible for monthly financial statements, journal entries, bank reconciliations, and assist with job costing. He or she should have strong Excel experience, has a desire to lead, and is a team player.
Senior Corporate Accountant – Indianapolis
A strong company in Indianapolis is looking for a candidate with three or more years of corporate accounting or public accounting experience. He or she will prepare journal entries to support monthly close process, complete monthly, quarterly and annual corporate financial requirements in accordance with current accounting standards, prepare monthly reconciliations in accordance with corporate policies and procedures, analyze and report on departmental spending, ensure intercompany balances are appropriately recorded, and coordinate financial audits and liaison with auditors.
