Senior Cost Accountant  –  North of Indianapolis

Our client North of Indianapolis is looking for a candidate with five or more years of manufacturing accounting experience, including costing.  This role will review and track all raw and scrap material transactions, review and finalize costing of production orders to ensure accuracy of Finished Goods and WIP inventories at service centers and operations, and handle all quarterly and yearly fixed asset reports and fixed asset transactions.  The Sr Cost Accountant will also assist with SOX and audit requests,  review capital invoices for tax purposes and review the weekly PO listing for potential capital expenditures, assist with annual physical inventories and monthly cycle counts for all service centers to ensure reasonableness and accuracy of inventory, and effectively and efficiently perform month end closing duties as assigned including journal entries and reconciliations.

Staff Accountant  –  Northside of Indianapolis

A person with one or more years of accounting experience and fixed asset knowledge is the ideal candidate for our client.  He or she will focus on fixed asset accounting across multiple manufacturing plants.  He or she will also run the general ledger and month end close for two smaller locations including reconciliations and cash accounting.

Senior Accounting Analyst  –  Indianapolis

To perform this job successfully, an individual must have one or more years of accounting or finance experience, a Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or business, strong fluency with Excel, and Quickbooks experience is preferred.

The Financial Analyst/Senior Accountant will be responsible for the following:

  1. Monthly Financial Closing Entries and Reporting
  2. Day-to-Day Cash Management
  3. Completion of one entity’s accounting and reconciliations in QuickBooks
  4. Assisting with acquisitions and special projects

Senior Financial Analyst  –  Indianapolis

A well known company in Indiana is looking for a candidate with three or more years of finance experience, a CPA or a desire to obtain one.

In this role, the Sr Analyst will manage Month end close and full P&L of a supply chain operations entity, balance sheet reconciliations, and corporate reporting.  He or she will also manage accounts payable, partner with Account Managers on accounts receivables, prepare the annual budget and quarterly forecasting, as well as assist the Controller with ad hoc analysis, cost reviews, and continuous improvement.

Senior Accountant  –  Fort Wayne

A very successful company in Fort Wayne is looking for a Senior Accountant.  He or she should have two or more years of relevant work experience, a CPA or working towards certification, and a Bachelors degree in accounting.  This person will be exposed to a wide-range of experiences within the division; including internal and external financial reporting, analytics, controllership and accounting, project management, and process improvement.  The Senior Accountant will collaborate with the Management Team and other employees, both within and outside the Division to fulfill responsibilities with these and other areas.

Tax Accountant  –  Fort Wayne

A very successful company in Fort Wayne is looking for a Tax Accountant.  This person should have one or more years of tax experience and a CPA or working toward certification.  He or she will primarily be responsible for all income tax related functions, including the preparation of federal and state tax returns, income tax provision calculations, assistant with tax projects, and assistance with audits.  This position will collaborate with many members of the team both within and outside the tax department.

Senior Internal Auditor  – Indianapolis

The ideal candidate has three or more years of experience in a public accounting firm (manufacturing experience is a plus) and a CPA or CIA.  He or she will be responsible for performing financial and operational audits with one of the best companies in Indiana.  This includes reviewing financial and operating procedures for internal controls compliance, providing technical guidance, testing and documenting financial and systems records for IS integrity, leading some less complex audits, and coaching and mentoring less experience staff.
