Manager of Accounting – Southeast of Indianapolis
Our client is seeking an experienced Manager to lead the accounting and financial reporting function for their manufacturing operation. This person will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, overseeing month-end and year-end close, maintaining strong internal controls, managing the annual audit, and ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements. The Manager will also oversee budgeting, financial analysis, process improvements, and a team of accounting professionals.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, an active CPA, 5+ years of accounting experience, and at least 3 years of financial reporting experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Strong GAAP knowledge, advanced Excel skills, ERP experience (SAP preferred), and proven leadership capabilities are important. Our client is looking for a hands-on accounting leader who can manage the day-to-day accounting function while also identifying opportunities to improve processes, strengthen controls, and develop the finance team.
Accounting Supervisor – Terre Haute, IN
Our client is seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to support the overall accounting function and oversee Accounts Receivable. This role will be responsible for accurate and timely financial reporting, month-end close, account reconciliations, budgeting, financial analysis, and coordination with other departments to ensure proper accounting and reporting.
The position will also be involved in inventory accounting and counts, capital project accounting, tax-related activities, quarterly reviews, and the year-end audit process. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field and 5+ years of accounting experience, with a solid understanding of GAAP. A CPA or CMA and prior supervisory experience are preferred. This is a hands-on opportunity for an accounting professional who can take ownership of the accounting function while working closely with leadership and other departments.
Cost Accountant – Indianapolis, IN
Our client is seeking a Cost Accountant who wants to be closely connected to the manufacturing operation and have a direct impact on product costing and profitability. This is a highly hands-on role focused on standard costing, BOMs, labor, overhead, material costs, and variance analysis. You’ll work directly with R&D, Operations, and Finance to understand cost drivers, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide meaningful analysis that supports business decisions.
The position supports two manufacturing plants with the majority of the work based onsite near the Indianapolis airport. In addition to cost and inventory accounting, you’ll prepare select journal entries and support the month-end close.
The ideal candidate will have 2–6 years of accounting or finance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment, with hands-on experience in standard costing, BOMs, inventory, labor and overhead costs, and cost/variance analysis. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being more than a numbers-focused accountant and wants to partner directly with Operations and R&D to understand and improve the business.
FP&A Manager – Indianapolis, IN

Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing tax provisions, federal income tax returns, book-to-tax adjustments, tax research, R&D tax credits, audit support, and collaborating with Finance, Legal, Treasury, HR, and external advisors to ensure accurate, audit-ready reporting.
